Snow Lodge would like to welcome two new brothers. Brother Casey Miller and Brother John Moore were initiated last night into Masonry. We wish them well and look forward to their ascension up the winding stairs.

BOONE – “Brother Senior Deacon!  Please seat Brother Combs with the members of the Lodge.”  Those were the words of Entered Apprentice Degree Worshipful Master Ned Lyons, PM tonight as he welcomed Brother Michael Combs into the fraternity.  Brother Combs shares a relation as cousin to Past Master Hoyt Combs, and his induction has been a long time coming.  

Other Entered Apprentices were on-hand to greet Brother Combs, and witness the degree for the first time.  Brother Orian Carter, EA gave the charge, and Brother George Winker, EA watched on.

Boone – Snow Lodge No. 363 AF & AM in Boone welcomed its newest Entered Apprentice’s last night in a triple first degree.  Orian Carter, Tommie McCranie, and George Winkler all took the oath of an Entered Apprentice and began there journey to through the temple. All three of these brothers are next generation masons.  Orian’s brother Bill Carter has been a Master Mason for nearly a year, and their father was a Master Mason.  Tommie McCranie’s son was on hand to see his father take the oath.  He is a secretary at West Gate Lodge in Charlotte, NC.  George Winkler’s father Richard is a past master of Snow Lodge No. 363.  “It’s great to see fathers and son’s, son’s and fathers coming into the lodge to continue a Masonic family tradition”, said Worshipful Master Tom Redmond.
